About Us

Built From the Field. Led With Integrity.

Millennium Construction was founded in 2009 by Rob Ferguson with a simple goal: build high-quality projects the right way, and treat clients, partners, and employees with respect along the way.

Rob’s path into construction began long before Millennium existed. He entered the industry in 2002, developing experience across estimating, project management, site work, and hands-on construction. That field-first foundation still defines Millennium today. Rob is not a desk-only owner — he is a working builder. On any given day, you’ll find him in an excavator, coordinating crews, solving problems in real time, or finishing out details on a jobsite.

As Millennium grew, Rob expanded the company’s capabilities to meet client needs, including launching a dedicated trucking and hauling division in 2016. This integrated approach allows Millennium to self-perform critical work, maintain tighter schedules, and deliver consistent results across civil, industrial, commercial, residential, and public projects.

How We Work

Millennium Construction is built on core principles that guide every project:

  • Safety first, always — planned into every phase with the goal of zero incidents
  • Integrity in action — doing the right thing, even when it’s the harder choice
  • Excellence in execution — skilled crews, thoughtful planning, and quality results
  • Teamwork — collaboration within our company and with clients, engineers, and agencies
  • Growth through people — investing in employees as our greatest asset

These values aren’t marketing language — they are expectations on every jobsite, every day

A Builder of Choice

Today, Millennium Construction delivers projects across Montana for municipalities, state agencies, industrial operators, developers, and private clients. From sensitive environmental work to heavy civil construction and complex active sites, our reputation has been built through consistent performance, accountability, and trust.

Millennium remains a company shaped by the field — where leadership is present, decisions are practical, and every project is treated as a reflection of our name.
